Returns & Refunds Policy

RETURNS

*Due to the nature of large items, returns are only accepted if the item arrives broken, defective or if it's not as described. Please double check all of the dimensions and sizes before purchasing.

Our policy lasts 14 calendar days after receiving your purchase. If 14 calendar days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:  

1) You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from decorilux.com

2) The product is unused.

3) The product is in the original package and in the same condition as it was received.

Products that do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered for return.

Before you return your product, you must first contact us so we know to expect your package and can process things faster for you. (If you don’t contact us first we don’t guarantee we will receive your return).

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us at info@decorilux.com immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. 

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be processed.

*All Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive a full refund in the amount of the product cost.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
