Keep in mind that large items like beds and sofas will ship as Curbside delivery. This shipping option doesn’t include the assembly, set up or removal of packaging.
These large packages may be delivered to your door if there are not any stairs or an incline leading to your house.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
*Please understand that business days do not include weekends or holidays such as New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

- We do NOT ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Alaska, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, or APO/FPO addresses, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?
All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available. Due to high-season demand, our support staff may be delayed in delivering you the tracking information, if you haven't received your tracking number within 6 days of purchase please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at email@example.com
You may request a cancellation for a full refund if your order has not already been processed and ready to be shipped.
If your purchase does not meet this criteria, it will NOT be considered for cancellation.
